*Do not bring extra guest’s: This includes spouses, kids and friends to your appointment. Due to current restrictions, our policy is that we only allow one person at a time in the salon space. We currently have 7 service providers therefore we have limited space in our waiting area.
We ask that you only bring children if they are receiving a salon service or are accompanied by another adult. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Please know that because of chemicals and implements used in the salon, as well as the comfort of our guests, this decision has been made in the best interest of your children.
*Punctuality: considerable effort is given to our timing for all appointments. We would appreciate an arrival of at least 10 minutes prior to your appointed time. This helps us to organize the tools and products for your visit. All our services are coded to ensure proper time that each stylist requires, for the services conducted for each visit, it is important that you call if you are running late.
A great shampoo takes an average of 7 minutes to complete, applying color 20 to 30 minutes, and foils 30 to 40 minutes. When you arrive on time, we can serve you to our fullest potential. If you are 15 or more minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule. We strive to make sure every visit is relaxing, refreshing, and pleasurable.
*Sickness: If you are feeling unwell, or if there is a chance you have been exposed to any contagious illnesses within 2 hours of your appointment, we kindly ask that you contact us directly via phone 706.776.2150 and let us know so that we can reschedule you.
Staying healthy and well is our priority for you and for our staff. This policy is non-negotiable for us to continue to keep the salon running smoothly.
*Cancellations: We appreciate a 48-hour notice to accommodate guest on our waiting list. We don’t accept cancellations via email, text message or social media, you must call the front desk at 706.776.2150. Any cancellation less than 24 hours will result in a cancelation fee equaling 50% of the service scheduled. Sickness/Emergencies is the only acceptable reason to cancel short notice.
*NO SHOW: No shows are unacceptable and cause the stylist to lose money. I have text/emails/phone call confirmations in place to remind you that your appointment is coming up. The salon no show terms are non-negotiable and are at the discretion of management. Barring very rare circumstances like hospitalizations or true emergencies.
No call/no-shows will be charged a no-show fee equal to 100% of the service scheduled. This must be paid before another appointment is booked.
